Who owns the ads X-Celant creates?
You do. Download your videos and use them in organic posts or paid campaigns. The output is yours. We show an ad as an example only if you tick the box that says we may, and you can change your mind at any time.
Do I need editing skills?
No. You bring your pictures and say what you want, and X-Celant does the writing, the editing, the voice and the music. Your part is to watch and decide.
How long until my first video?
The draft moves in seconds. Preparing the storyboard, then the video, takes a few minutes for each step. When our team makes it for you, the first preview arrives in under 24 hours, depending on the queue.
Will AI invent things about my product?
It is not allowed to. What the video says about your product comes from what you give us: your words, your page, your pictures. A claim you did not make is left out, and a sensitive promise, about health, money or a guarantee, is only said if you confirm it.
Is the music safe for commercial use?
Yes, within our terms of use. The music is made for your video, not taken from an existing song. If you add music of your own, you need the rights to it.
What happens to the photos and videos I send?
They stay private and are used only to make your videos. From your account you can delete everything at any time. For an order made by our team, write to us and we delete them, along with the files made from them.
