Withdraw from a contract

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you may withdraw from a purchase made on X-Celant within 14 days, without giving a reason. Fill in this form, check it, then confirm: you receive an acknowledgment of receipt with the date and time at once.
What happens next
If your right applies, we refund you no later than 14 days after receipt, to the means of payment you used. If you had asked for the service to start at once, we keep the part already provided; a video or file already delivered can no longer be withdrawn from, as you acknowledged before paying.
