Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: July 9, 2026

You can delete your X-Celant account and the personal data Meyandy LLC (Phoenix, Arizona, United States) holds about you at any time, without contacting support. This page describes the self-service path, what is deleted, the timelines that apply, and how deletion works for social accounts (such as Facebook or Instagram) you connected to the service.

1. Delete your account from the app

Sign in, then go to Dashboard → Settings → Data. Use the account deletion control and confirm. Deletion starts immediately: your session is terminated and your account can no longer be accessed.

If you cannot sign in (lost credentials, deactivated account), email hello@contact.x-celant.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.

2. What is deleted

  • Your profile and authentication data (email, name, login identifiers).
  • Your uploaded media, generated assets, campaigns, drafts and exports.
  • OAuth tokens for any social account you connected (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Revoking access from the platform's side (for example Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations) has the same effect: we delete the corresponding tokens.
  • Usage records that identify you. Billing records required by tax and accounting law are retained in de-identified or legally mandated form only.

3. Timelines

Account data and media become inaccessible immediately and are permanently erased from our production systems and storage within 30 days. Encrypted backups roll off within 35 additional days. Data we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) is retained for the statutory period only, then destroyed.

4. Data received from social platforms

When you connect a social account, we store only the access tokens and the minimal account metadata needed to publish on your behalf (page or channel identifiers and names). We do not import your followers, messages or historical posts. Deleting your account, disconnecting the platform from Dashboard → Settings, or revoking the app from the platform's own settings all cause these tokens and metadata to be deleted as described above. For any question, contact hello@contact.x-celant.com.
