Cookie Policy

• Signing in (names starting with sb-): set by our authentication provider, Supabase, when you sign in, and when a visitor starts a creation in the atelier without an account. They keep your session open and secure, are renewed while you use the site, last 400 days at most and are removed when you sign out. Without them you cannot stay signed in.
• Language (xcelant_locale): the language you chose with the language button or in your profile, or your account's language when you sign in. It lasts one year. Without it, the site follows the language of your browser.
• The atelier's free start (xc_device): a random identifier set the first time this browser starts a creation in the atelier. It lasts one year and no script on the page can read it. We keep only its fingerprint, to allow one free start per device and per day (see the Privacy Policy).
• The made-for-you order form (__Host-xc_request_session): a random session for the brief you are sending, so that this browser can find your files and your order again if the page closes. It lasts seven days, and we keep only its fingerprint.
• Workspace (xcelant_workspace): the workspace you chose when you work in several workspaces of an organization. It lasts 30 days.

Each of these cookies makes the service you use work or keeps a choice you made. None is used for advertising, to measure audiences or to follow you on other sites, which is why no consent banner is shown.

Some pages keep things in your browser's own storage (local storage, session storage and IndexedDB). They stay on your device and none of them is used to follow you; they reach us only when you send them yourself.

• On the home page, as soon as it opens: which of its two films was shown last and whether you watched the first one (xcelant.hero.history.v1, kept until you clear it), and the film shown in this tab (xcelant.hero.visit.v1, gone when the tab closes). They only choose which film plays, and are never sent to us.
• What you have started, so that a closed tab loses nothing: the made-for-you brief you are typing, with the contact details you entered, and once you send it a copy that lets the page show your order again; the ad you start before having an account, with its photos; the project you are writing; the notes and corrections you are typing. A brief or an ad started without an account that is more than a week old is discarded the next time its page opens, and the ad leaves the browser once your account takes it.
• When you keep a creation in the atelier, a marker that prevents the same purchase from being made twice.
• Your theme, light or dark.
• After you ask to delete your account, the receipt that lets you follow the deletion (x-celant-erasure-receipt). It is sent to us only when you check how the deletion is going.

• no advertising or retargeting cookies;
• no social-media tracking pixels;
• no third-party analytics cookies.

If we ever introduce analytics that require consent, we will add a consent banner and update this policy first.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to your account.
