Terms of Service

X-Celant is an online video studio that helps businesses create short promotional videos: guided project creation, templates, a browser editor, AI-assisted script, voiceover, image, music and video generation, exports, scheduled publishing and related tools. Some features depend on your subscription plan and on third-party AI providers, and may change or be unavailable at times.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.

• Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown before checkout; taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Each paid plan includes a stated number of complete campaigns per billing period, together with its published storage, export and publishing features. Subscription campaign allowances reset at the start of each billing period unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
• Extra campaigns may be purchased separately where offered. The quantity and total price are shown before checkout. Internal production accounting is not sold as a separate customer balance.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period; we do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law.
• Exports on the Trial plan carry a watermark. We may adjust plan limits and prices with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

You keep all rights to the media you upload and the videos you create. You grant Meyandy LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate the service, including sending your prompts and media to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy to fulfil your generation requests. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to everything you upload.

• AI outputs (scripts, voiceovers, images, music and video clips) are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to outputs generated for others. Review them before publishing.
• Subject to your plan and the providers' terms, you may use the outputs you generate for your business, including commercial use.
• You remain solely responsible for how you use AI outputs, including compliance with advertising, consumer-protection and intellectual-property laws in your market.

You agree not to use the service to:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative or that infringes intellectual property;
• impersonate a real person without consent, including through voice cloning or synthetic media intended to deceive;
• send spam or deceptive marketing;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service, resell it, or bypass plan limits, internal accounting or security measures.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this section.

API keys available under eligible plans are confidential. Calls made with your keys count against your account limits. We may throttle or revoke keys that endanger the stability or security of the service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, illegal use or extended non-payment. Upon termination we delete or de-identify your content within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meyandy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory protections of your local law. Courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to sue where you live.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms. Questions: hello@contact.x-celant.com.
